Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
CFS or chronic fatigue Syndrome is a long-term illness with a different type of symptoms. Albeit extreme tiredness is quite common among all. CFS/FMS is also referred to by the term Fibromyalgia syndrome. However there is a debate over the correct name of the condition, but let’s just don’t get in this process. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome can affect everyone even children are not spared from it. But, it is more common in women aged between mid-20 and mid-40s.
Symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
- Joint or muscle pain
- Sleeping problem
- Flu-like symptoms
- Sore gland and sore throat
- Feeling sick or dizzy
- Irregular and fast heartbeat
- The problem in remembering, concentrating or thinking
In most cases, people find that over exercising make their symptoms worse. The severity of the symptoms can vary from day to day. Commonly people misguided from symptoms and take normal medicines, which is not good for their health it is suggestive to go to a general practitioner for correct diagnosis.
