Sessions are available by appointment, Monday through Saturday.
- ½ hour – The session focuses on a specific area and is especially helpful for relief of chronic pain, headache, or tired feet.
- 1 hour – Our most popular treatment, the hour massage gives the therapist time for focus on problem areas while providing head to toe relaxation.
- 90 minutes – This longer session encourages deeper relaxation and release of tension… The therapist can work more deeply on problem areas.
- Reiki healing – You can book an hour long Reiki session to focus the Reiki healing.
About the Therapists
Nan Wittke, LMT
Nan has been a body worker for 20 years. She co-founded Key to Health Clinic where she has a thriving practice as well as supervising the massage staff. Nan has been involved with the Oregon School of Massage for 5-6 years as an instructor and board member. Drawing from her many years of experience and continuing education, Nan strives to give her clients an individualized treatment to ensure positive results.
Sue Paul, LMT
Sue has been practicing massage for 9 years. She enjoys the challenge of problem-solving soft tissue injuries. Her therapies include deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), British sports massage, trigger point therapy, and acutonics.
Nadya King, LMT
A healer since childhood, Nadya grew up exchanging massage with her mother. In the fall of 1983, she co-founded Key to Health Clinic. Her modalities include Swedish and relaxing massage, foot reflexology, Reiki, and other energetic healing forms, deep tissue, and pain relieving massage. Nadya integrates energy work in her sessions to enhance and deepen the healing. She was on the Healing Arts team at Breitenbush Hot Springs in the early to mid 90s, studied with a number of internationally known healers and teachers, and rejoined Key to Health Clinic in the fall of 2002.
